Overview
KVGIT College, Jaipur has implemented an effective mentoring system for students. It aims at promoting better understanding between the teacher and the students in order to facilitate their moral, spiritual, intellectual well-being and weekly interaction with students is done to resolve their problems/ difficulties, which may be both academic and personal. Through guidance, counseling and regular interaction the overall growth of the student is ensured. A mentor – mentee relationship is also constituted to provide specialized guidance.
