In order to make the students aware of their Soft Skills and make them prepare to face the interview challenges, A workshop on Soft Skills & Resume Building was organized by KVGIT College, Srijan Club, in the seminar hall. The resource person was Mr. Avikar Vyas, Communication Trainer. The main topics covered were the development of personality traits, social graces, communication, language, personal habits, interpersonal skills, managing people, leadership, resume-making, interview tips, etc. The workshop was extremely participative and helped students tremendously in honing their soft skills.
